Got a Dodge inspection report in Al Barsha and now I'm confused

So I finally found a used Dodge Charger in Al Barsha that I really like, and after reading too many horror stories on this forum I decided to get it checked properly before handing over any money. The seller was a bit annoyed but agreed to let the inspector come to his building. I paid for a Dodge used car inspection report in Al Barsha and the guy was actually pretty thorough, spent about 45 minutes scanning and poking around. Now here's my problem, the report has a few things marked as "monitor" like a slight seep near the transmission pan and some wear on the front lower control arm bushings. Nothing says "walk away" but I don't know how serious these are or how much they'd cost to fix. The seller is saying it's all normal for the mileage and I shouldn't worry. Has anyone dealt with similar findings on a Charger? Should I use this to negotiate or just find another car? I'm not a mechanic so I'm a bit lost here and could use some honest advice from people who know these cars.
